Ctrack Business Continuity - Coronavirus
At Ctrack we have been closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 and reviewing our business continuity plans to ensure continued customer support and protection of employee wellbeing.
As a valued customer, we want to assure you that we have strong plans and processes in place to maintain the provision of your services during this challenging time. In light of this, we have made some adjustments to our operations for the next two weeks:
- Support and training availability will continue during standard operating hours. Some of our teams that support this are already working from home and to minimise any potential health risks, we have made plans to enable all employees to work from home should the requirement arise
- Our sales and account management teams can support your account and conduct demonstrations by phone or online (such as Skype or GoToMeeting).
- Installations will continue as usual on site; however, we have asked our installers to exercise caution and social distancing by remaining outside of the office and completing installation tasks with minimal interaction to reduce any possible compromises on health and safety.
- Please be assured that all our personnel are able to work securely and remotely from anywhere with internet connectivity, and as a result, we expect minimal impact on our service to you.
We are confident that our teams, processes and technology are resilient enough to continue to support your business while we also protect the wellbeing of our employees.
