It had been using an innovative DigiCore tracking system for some time, but wanted to include a further 21 vehicles it its fleet of coaches, midi-coaches, buses and minibuses. The company had originally fitted 10 vehicles with DigiCore’s advanced Ctrack tool at the end of 2008, but has since chosen to roll out the solution to the extra vehicles to take advantage of the added visibility and management control the system has provided.

This has meant that Dartline has avoided financial penalties and compensation claims where complaints have proven to be unwarranted. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING Access to live data has also been made available to customers, so progress and location of vehicles can be viewed online, removing the need for costly and time consuming monitoring procedures.
